Our Mission
At Alivio-Telehealth is to reduce health disparities targeting chronic illness, culturally competent health, and mental health services utilizing telehealth-accessible technologies.
Our Focus
-
Rural-urban communities in the California Central Valley.
-
Mitigate social and cultural barriers for these communities.
Service Areas
Currently we service clinics in Sacramento (Tepati 1200 visits), and Knights Landing (120 visits) with a total of 1,320 visits per year. We plan to expand our mobile services to other rural communities in California Valley.
Relief-Telehealth
In April 2020, Dr. Mark Diaz and Jorge Monzon of A Vision International Productions LLC, in coordination with other physicians, practitioners, and medical students and volunteers, initiated this project to address the challenges presented by COVID-19 in our under-resourced Latino populations, community clinics, medical and pre-med students.
Training Health Navigators
